Job Description

Trade Finance is responsible for consulting, selling, and providing services in foreign trade. Companies, corporations, and financial institutions worldwide trust our expertise and sustainable solutions. Your Tasks

• In the role of Trade Advisor (TFAS) - Individual Customer Care, you will act as an ambassador for Trade Finance Flow and be the first point of contact and the face of the bank for your clients.
• You will take on an individual customer portfolio and identify and evaluate the specific needs for trade finance products and consulting services. You will ensure excellent service to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Your main tasks include the care of complex and predominantly international corporate and corporate clients, with a focus on documentary business and letters of credit.
• You will maintain close customer contacts and ensure compliance with compliance requirements.
• You will develop sales approaches and be responsible for transaction processing. You will also resolve and document customer complaints and conduct "Trade Finance Service Reviews."

Your Profile

• You have a completed banking qualification, further qualification, and/or a degree.
• You have several years of experience in the field of trade finance and in consulting corporate clients.
• You have fluent communication skills in German and English.
• You are characterized by initiative, assertiveness, and resilience.
• Flexibility and the ability to work under time pressure are natural for you.
• You work proactively, independently, and structured in cross-functional teams.
