Job Title: Graduate Support – Enablement Specialist, Associate

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Description

The Graduate Support Enablement team is responsible for all centrally managed aspects of the Deutsche Bank Graduate Training programmes. You will project manage all transactional aspects of the training lifecycle. You will be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of centrally managed programs. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure timely delivery of graduate training programmes
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships
  • Manage the invoice process for training
  • Create project related quality reports, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist in answering training queries
  • Continuous ongoing improvement of Enablement processes
  • Work in partnership with regional teams to execute delivery in global locations
  • Management of rotation and final placements including matching of area and graduate profiles

Your Skills and Experience

You will have:

  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to prioritize key tasks and deliverables together with Divisional and Regional leads
  • Experience in Cost and Risk Management
  • Knowledge of business services or professional services experience in a global context
  • Commercial experience of operating in different markets or cultures (an advantage but not critical)
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • A track record of executing in time pressured environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • A professional and proactive approach
  • The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Graduate Program Management/Training Exposure (an advantage but not critical)

You will be:

  • Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to liaise with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Customer service and performance orientated
