The Digital, Media & Content team supports the various functions of the Private Banking Italy Division in defining and implementing communication activities and developing new initiatives. It manages social media management through the PB Italy commercial social media pages, takes care of the websites and digital channels of the Division for the promotion of products and services and the enhancement of digital user experience content. It coordinates online advertising activities contributing to the development of digital commercial campaigns towards customers and coordinating the Campaign Management process.

Responsibilities

During the training period, the intern will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and managing the commercial sites of the PB Italy Division.
• Supporting in the writing of texts and communication materials for the aforementioned platforms and for other digital publications/tools.
• Supporting in the management of commercial campaigns towards customers and media campaigns.
• Monitoring and managing digital KPIs.

Requirements

• Graduates in economic/marketing/communication disciplines.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package.
• Content creation and CMS management skills.
• Excellent relational, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work location: Milano, Bicocca

Start of internship: December 2025
