Job Description
As Business Manager, you will join the central CB Ops COO team that supports CB & Branch Operations. You will need to work closely with Product COOs, HR Business Partners, Reward Advisors, finance colleagues, and the Business Management & Control teams worldwide. The team is responsible for creating and implementing business plans and strategies in the area of headcount/FTE, personnel and compensation analysis, the management and coordination of the annual closing process, as well as reporting to support strategic decisions.
Your tasks include:
- Supporting the regular planning, management, and reporting on the area's strategy in terms of headcount as well as strategic projects to optimize the workforce.
- Monitoring the global compliance of central controls.
- Helping to coordinate the year-end process for CB & Branch Operations, including promotions and compensation cycle.
- Responsible for the area's FTE model, MI reporting, and other ad-hoc requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate current business processes to minimize manual efforts.
- Maintaining and developing cooperative working relationships with global partner teams, including finance, HR, product-COOs, and business managers.
Your skills and experiences:
- Strong data modeling capabilities and the proven ability to create detailed analyses, especially when processing large amounts of data.
- Experience with data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred (or willingness to learn).
- A person with a commitment and motivation for personal development and growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- The ability to take responsibility and meet deadlines, as well as work in a team and drive results across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
