In this role, you will support various exempt and non-exempt roles focusing on AI, machine learning, and engineering. You will partner with business leaders, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, talent strategies, and staffing needs to build out an effective recruitment strategy. With a keen eye for innovation, you will deliver the best talent in a quick fashion and meet SLA's and KPI's as assigned. You will play an integral role in R1's growth and success.
Responsibilities include partnering with assigned business leaders to understand business talent requirements, creating proactive and consultative recruitment processes, managing reporting and updates, building passive talent pipelines, ensuring timely candidate communications, participating in intake sessions, and leveraging supply and demand reports to create strategic sourcing plans.
Required qualifications include at least 3+ years of technical recruiting, strong initiative, demonstrated experience partnering with hiring leaders, proven success in the recruiting field, results-oriented skills, strong collaboration, influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills, and experience with recruiting tools.
The base pay range for this US-based position is $61,357.00 - $110,424.03 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%.
