We are looking to add a remote Recruiting Support Partner to our team! This position reports to the Senior Recruiter.

Pay: $60,000 - $65,000/ salary

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create and post Workday job requisitions based on center needs.
  • Draft and send offer letters to candidates within Workday, our ATS and HR database, ensuring all details are accurate and in compliance with company policies.
  • When needed, collaborate with hiring managers and HR to ensure offer details align with compensation structures and role specifications.
  • Oversee the offer acceptance process, keeping candidates informed about next steps.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the offer and pre-employment phases.
  • Address candidate queries related to the offer, hiring process, or onboarding taking care to relay information clearly and professionally.
  • Accurately maintain candidate-related documents (resumes, offer letters, background check results, etc.) in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HR database.
  • Proactively monitor requisition status and ensure hiring managers stay on top of the recruitment process by conducting timely check-ins if no movement is noted in their Workday job requisition(s). This includes sending reminders and escalating to the District Director of Operations and Lead Recruiter when necessary.
  • Provide additional support to hiring managers upon request, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in any other recruitment-related tasks and training as needed to help streamline and inform on the hiring process.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday is a plus.
  • Experience with offer letter generation, background check processing, and candidate communications required.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and employment law.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for email communications and Teams meeting scheduling.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, especially when managing candidate data and ensuring compliance.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to follow up and ensure timely progress on recruitment tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong team player who can collaborate with multiple departments (HR, hiring managers, recruiting team).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume environment and managing competing priorities.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Adaptability and openness to learning new systems and processes.
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on providing a positive experience for both candidates and internal teams.
  • This position is expected to be available during regular business hours. Candidates with additional employment that could potentially infringe on their availability for this role will not be considered.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
