We're seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Admin/Specialist to run day-to-day operations inside Data Cloud. You'll manage ingestion jobs, harmonization, segmentation, and activation to ensure the platform delivers value across marketing, service, and analytics use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion jobs and data streams.
  • Set up and monitor identity resolution rules, unification, and harmonization processes to deliver a trusted single customer profile.
  • Create and manage audience segments for activation across Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and external channels.
  • Build calculated insights to support reporting, personalization, and campaign logic.
  • Partner with CRM/Marketing teams to translate business requirements into Data Cloud segments and activations.
  • Troubleshoot ingestion errors, segment mismatches, and activation job failures.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce Data Cloud features, governance practices, and new capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration or CDP operations experience; hands-on Data Cloud experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Cloud objects (Data Lake Objects, Unified Profiles, Calculated Insights, Segments, Data Streams).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud activation paths.
  • Basic SQL and troubleshooting skills for calculated insights.
  • Salesforce certifications (Data Cloud Consultant, Administrator) preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
