As a Stationary Engineer in our Hospital, you will support the mission of our hospital by optimizing the quality of life of our patients. Your duties will include (but not limited to): operating and maintaining high pressure steam boilers, servicing and repairing mechanical equipment relevant to heating, cooling, and emergency power supply, and assisting your team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment.

What qualifications you will need: HS Diploma or GED, a Stationary Engineer License is preferred, and four (4) years in stationary engineering work consisting of a minimum of three (3) years operating high-pressure steam boilers producing over 10 hp and steam pressure over 15 p.s.i. or water heating boilers when the water temperature exceeds 250 degrees F in the system, and minimum of one (1) year operating refrigeration equipment preferred. Must be knowledgeable of high-pressure steam boilers, chillers, absorbers, and other related equipment. Skilled in standard serving and repair operations. Ability to handle heavy equipment.
