The Opportunity

As part of the Finance & Accounting Managed Services team you support client services team, service delivery, engagement delivery, and releases for application activities. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, anticipating the needs of your teams and clients, and delivering quality results.

What You Must Have

• High School Diploma
• 3 plus years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or consulting functions.

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Certified Public Account (CPA) preferred
• Experience in supporting client services and engagement delivery
• Knowledge of consulting and BPO in finance and accounting
• Ability to develop dashboards, financial models, and reports
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
• Experience in delivering presentations to stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Google Suite
• Preferred proficiency in Anaplan, Tableau, SAP

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
