What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for investors, guiding them through account transactions and online navigation.
- Process purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and other account activities over the phone.
- Troubleshoot website issues and help investors make informed decisions based on their account goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 1+ year in a customer-service role (retail, food service, call center, etc.).
- Career-minded individuals eager to grow within the company.
- Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills—resourceful and confident when answers aren't obvious.
- Compassionate communicator with attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- College degree or equivalent experience.

Work Details
- On-site only (no remote/hybrid)
- Monday–Friday shifts between 6:45 AM and 4:15 PM.
- Location: Cherry Creek, Colorado
- Pay: $21/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
