What You'll Do

• Be the go-to guide for investors—help process transactions, answer account questions, and provide solutions that align with their goals.
• Handle account transactions over the phone (think purchases, redemptions, and exchanges).
• Help investors navigate online platforms like a pro—troubleshoot and resolve issues with ease.
• Deliver clear, goal-oriented service that makes every interaction seamless and stress-free.

What We're Looking For

• Customer service champs with at least 1 year of experience (retail, food service, or similar counts!).
• Career-minded individuals who thrive on self-management and have a strong work ethic.
• Problem-solvers with empathy, patience, and a knack for making customers feel heard.
• Willingness to study for and pass the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam—don't worry, we'll cover the cost and provide materials!
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

The Details

• Pay: $21.00/hr (weekly pay). After permanent hire: $25.96/hr.
• Start Date: December 1st
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:45am–4:15pm (flexible start times: 6:45, 7:00, or 7:15am).
• Location: Denver, CO 80206 – Onsite
• Bonus: Company covers exam fees and study materials for your SIE license!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
