Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a person in charge of maintenance, inspection, and repair of dental treatment machines in dental clinics based in Osaka.

You will be responsible for customers in the Osaka area.

There will be business travel with overnight stays and long distance driving.

As a Field Service Engineer:

• Field support, equipment inspection, and repair
• Explanations, quotations, and price negotiations with customers
• Products handled:
• Dental equipment (dental treatment tables, CAD/CAM/CT equipment, sterilizers, etc.)
• Connection to other companies' products in the network of in-hospital LAN devices and systems other than the above products
• Technical service including product installation and repair after installation at the customer's site
• Periodic inspection visits of products
• Main customers: Dentists and dental clinic staff
