XRAY Sales Representative

Achieve individual, team and Company sales targets through excellent sales and product knowledge, alignment with the Sales and Marketing Strategy, development, and implementation of sales plans, building long term customer relationships, involving marketing program design with valuable feedback and unquestionable integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achievement of quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather and report market intelligence and maintain a thorough knowledge of customer's usage of Dentsply Sirona and competitors' products and activities.
  • Salesforce updated daily.
  • Key account retention and development.
  • Accurate customer profile data collection and record keeping.
  • On time reporting back to the sales manager on set tasks or reports required.

Sales Plan Implementation

  • Promote products directly with dentists and professionals.
  • Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned areas to build relationships and assist them with excellent customer service to solve issues relating to products and quality.
  • Coordinate and conduct trade show, exhibits, seminars, clinical meetings, and product training with a variety of audiences to build product demand.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, clinical understanding and competence in Dentsply Sirona products and processes.
  • Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of the clients to enable Dentsply Sirona to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Act as direct client contact to address and resolve client concerns, provide timely customer support and ensure customer order cycle is complete.
  • Measure and report success of sales performance and activities conducted within the assigned territory.
  • Record all sales activities and market intelligence as required.
  • Assist with monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters.

Product and Procedure Knowledge

  • Self-directed learning, proactive and effective involvement in training and development, and market research; product knowledge, sales skills, and internal systems and processes.
  • Ensure understanding and adhere to all compliance requirements. Building and protecting Dentsply Sirona's brand as a company with 'unquestionable integrity'.

Teamwork

  • Work as part of a team, providing back up and coverage and sharing responsibility across the Dentsply Sirona business for the completion of tasks as required.
  • Utilize and leverage other team members and functions to maximize sales outcomes for both customers and Dentsply Sirona, via co-calling, customer service, and lead generation.
  • Supports and join calls with new hires.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Education: Business Management, Oral Hygiene, or Dentistry-related degree qualified or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 2 or more years' Experience in Orthodontic, Dental or Medical Industry preferred with a proven track record.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently do presentations in front of a large group which may include professionals.
