We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team. This individual will support the Connected Technology Solutions business unit in defining, creating and implementing the global marketing strategy for our equipment business. The role requires a close collaboration with cross-functional teams – product management, sales, corporate and regional marketing – to ensure successful product launches and campaigns, product positioning and messaging.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of global go-to-market plans for new product launches and campaigns
• Support in creating compelling communication, sales and training materials to drive customer awareness and consideration
• Conduct market, customer and competitive research to sustain positioning and messaging
• Collaborate closely with product management, commercial development, corporate and regional marketing teams to implement go-to-market strategies and tactics
• Help gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales teams, and the market to refine messaging and product strategy
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Your profile:

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• First years of experience in marketing, ideally in product marketing, B2B tech, or MedTech
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural, matrixed organization
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
• Collaborative and proactive approach to projects and tasks
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
• Up to 10% international travel
