Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Global Travel Support Specialist is to support the day-to-day operations of the global corporate travel program, ensuring a consistent traveler experience, policy compliance, and Suppliers coordination across all regions. Acts as a key liaison between employees, travel partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient, cost-effective travel.
• Resolve issues in collaboration with travel management company (TMC) and internal users
• Monitor and respond to travel-related inquiries in accordance with policy and service standards
• Support onboarding of new travelers and maintain travel profiles & HR feed
• Coordinate with Expense team & Compliance to track policy exceptions and escalate as needed
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of travel tools and reporting dashboards
• Manage ticketing platform, manage requests and escalate for supports when required
• Proactively identify issues, solutions and improvements
• Contribute to travel program communications and training initiatives
• Partner closely with Executive assistants to provide fast resolutions
• Other tasks as required by the Category as well as the Global Procurement Function
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years of experience in global travel program administration
• Bachelor’s Degree is required (can be replaced by relevant experience)
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office, online travel booking tool (like Concur, Cytric, Egencia), ServiceNow or other similar ticketing system.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strikes an effective balance between details and big picture while being proactive
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross-functional & multi-cultural teams
• Proficient in English language + one other language
