For our location in Bensheim, we are looking for a temporary position from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027 for the Customer Service department.

Your Role:

  • Processing of customer orders in the spare parts area based on SAP/R3
  • Active order management in coordination with internal and external process partners
  • Receipt, clarification, and processing of technical inquiries
  • Disposition and determination of relevant systemic parameters
  • Controlling and ensuring the timely supply of spare parts

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical education or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in international order management of an industrial company
  • Experience in disposition (preferably in spare parts)
  • Experience in project work is desirable
  • Very good user skills in SAP/R 3 (module SD) as well as MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Flexibility and high team orientation
  • Strong communication skills and high customer and service orientation
  • Very good English skills in both speech and writing
