Role overview:

Building on the strong focus on talent in Dentons, we continue to transform how we attract, develop and grow talent. Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key role in the function, working to attract best talent for our operations business functions situated in various countries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to apply their international recruitment experience in a fast-paced multicultural environment. The successful candidate will be a driven, client-focused recruiter with an ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders and navigate talent pools across the world.

Contract: 18 months

Work Location: Hybrid model (Warsaw-based)

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring managers and functional leaders across Europe to understand resource needs and role requirements.
  2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from role scoping and sourcing to interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  3. Deliver a proactive and consultative recruitment service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  4. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
  5. Craft compelling job descriptions and leverage multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, direct sourcing, networking, etc.)
  6. Keep up with market trends and employer branding best practices; apply insights to strengthen recruitment impact.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, including job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview records.
  8. Actively contribute to Employer Branding and talent attraction initiatives.
