Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage our HR system (Workday), including time and absence management
• Assist in the monthly preparation of salary payments for our locations
• Create monthly reports and HR metrics for the management team
• Support in recruiting new employees from start to finish
• Participate in the onboarding of new employees
• Optimize existing HR processes through your proactive participation and innovative ideas

Your Profile

• Student in the field of human resources, business administration, psychology, or law
• Ability to handle confidential information reliably and discreetly
• Interest in human resources topics
• Team player
• Strong ability to work independently, show initiative, and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Very good English and German skills in speech and writing; French is a great advantage
