The IP Specialist at Dennemeyer will manage clients' intellectual property portfolios, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models. Success in this role is demonstrated through precise docketing, diligent monitoring of deadlines, and high client satisfaction. This position is integral to maintaining Dennemeyer reputation for excellence in IP management on a global scale.
Your tasks
• Client Portfolio Management: Manage, maintain, and regularly update client-specific patent portfolios in strict alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Customer and Sales Support: Professionally handle prospect and client inquiries in a multinational environment during CN time zones. Provide subject matter expertise on Patent Renewals to support the Commercial team internally and through direct customer engagement. Ensure efficient request resolution by responding promptly and accurately to client inquiries, upholding high standards of service and client satisfaction.
• Efficient Request Resolution: Address client requests promptly and accurately via phone, email, and online portals, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and timely resolution of client concerns.
• Global Communication: Clearly and efficiently convey patent-related information to Dennemeyer departments and customers worldwide, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition and setup of their services.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the onboarding experience specifically for CN clients.
Your profile
• Ideally professional diploma or qualification in a related field (e.g., Commerce or Administration) or working experience in IP or a Customer Service orientated role
• Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team at our vibrant office.

• Available for a 2 to 3-month training assignment in Luxembourg upon commencement of employment
Requirements:
• Educational background in the IP area (e.g., apprenticeship as Paralegal, Patent Attorney Assistant) or equivalent experience.
• Solid relevant professional experience in IP management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track deadlines.
