Your Responsibilities

  • Be the direct contact person for our employees and assist them with all HR matters & related topics
  • Ensure accurate treatment and administration of data in our HRIS (Workday) whilst becoming the Workday specialist for our employees
  • Treat efficiently the time and absence requests of our employees in Workday
  • Assist the HR Manager with the monthly preparation of salary payments for different countries while guaranteeing accuracy and respecting the deadlines
  • Prepare and extract monthly HR reports aligned with our defined HR KPIs
  • Prepare and send the monthly CCSS reports
  • Support the annual application of co-funding for training (INFPC)
  • Take ownership on the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles; incl. LinkedIn active search
  • Participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes at Dennemeyer Luxembourg
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of given HR processes by proactively proposing new ideas and innovative solutions

Your Profile

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration or Labor Law
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources in one or several of the above-mentioned activities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and reliable way
  • Good interpersonal skills paired with a professional communication style with all recipients
  • Problem-solver with a proactive and can-do attitude, acting fair towards colleagues and respecting deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously, to take initiatives and take ownership on the missions assigned
  • Being a real team-player who lives our motto "work hard, play hard"
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills and as well as a solid knowledge of MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in both English and German is mandatory (oral and written), French is considered as a strong asset
  • Any knowledge of or experience with an HRIS (ideally Workday) is considered as a strong asset
