Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Integrate and actively participate in technological transformation projects, with the possibility of coordinating and supervising teams;
- Plan, execute and/or coordinate autonomously the activities to be carried out in the elaboration of various outputs in the scope of a project or project stream;
- Responsibly manage and according to your sphere of action the daily interactions with the client;
- Identify, evaluate and solve complex problems in your area of expertise, resorting to a critical analysis;
- Translate business requirements into development requirements for solutions of high technical and scalable quality, following best practices;
- Contribute to ServiceNow Centre of Excellence knowledge communities;
- Contribute to the design and development of project support documentation.
Are you the one we are looking for?
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computers, Mathematics or similar areas;
- Professional experience of 1 to 6 years in ServiceNow projects or other ITSM solutions;
- Technical knowledge in JavaScript, AngularJS, Python and/or PowerShell;
- Experience in standards for integration with other systems (e.g. JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP);
- Experience in the design, management, implementation and roll-out of transformation projects, preferably with ServiceNow solutions (and/or similar);
- We value experience in specific ServiceNow modules (preferably ITSM/ITOM, HRSD, SAM, HAM and CSM);
- We value certifications in ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, ITIL (or similar);
- Knowledge and experience in cloud environments (it will be valued to have certifications in Cloud);
- Experience in project management using the Agile and Scrum methodology;
- Fluency in English spoken and written (mandatory);
- We value the mastery of another language (example: French; German);
- Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, critical thinking and teamwork;
- Results-oriented.
