Unser Vertriebsteam kümmert sich um die Entwicklung von Vertriebsprozessen und -verfahren für die Verwaltung, das Fulfillment und die Kommunikation, sowohl bei Online- als auch bei Offlinebestellungen. Du wirst die Möglichkeit haben, praktische Erfahrungen im Sales zu sammeln und deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln.

Your Tasks and Goals

As a sales intern in one of our sales teams, you will support the sales staff and provide valuable assistance. This includes:

• Basis training on our product portfolio
• Soft skill trainings on customer interaction and support
• Research, data cleaning, requests, and the realization of sales-relevant information
• Processing of offers/orders
• Updating and editing projects, project maintenance in the CRM tool
• Contacting customers by phone and email, as well as updating and setting up system configurations in customer portals

What You Bring to the Table

• Enrolled student
• Good knowledge of using office applications
• Good communication skills and high engagement
• Fluent German
• Good to very good English skills in speech and writing
