What you'll achieve As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer's business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions. You will:

• Lead technical design and implementation of advanced data mobility capabilities while building deep domain expertise.
• Own all aspects of feature delivery—from design and development to release, support, and maintenance.
• Actively participate (and lead when needed) in agile ceremonies to ensure team commitments are met.
• Drive design and code reviews with architects and developers to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Stay informed on AI trends, tools, and best practices to identify opportunities for improving product capabilities and team efficiency.

• Bachelors (Technical)/Masters preferred, with 6-8 years of strong design, development and technical leadership experience.
• Proven track record in applying advanced software engineering concepts / design patterns in designing complex, distributed systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in Java (preferably RxJava) and Vert.x with various operating systems (Linux, Windows).
• Familiarity with scripting languages in open systems i.e Python and experience in developing REST API based interfaces.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience in leveraging AI tools or frameworks to improve developer experience, automate workflows, and drive innovation in software development.
