For our Small Business area, we are looking for internal sales representatives as part of our team at our Halle location. We are looking for ambitious colleagues with a strong passion for sales to continue to expand our business. Responsibilities:

The Small Business Sales Account Representative is responsible for achieving defined quotas and KPIs in the small business area. This is done by the activation, reactivation, and acquisition of new additional customers as well as the growth of existing customers. In this role, the Inside Sales Account Representative acts as a trusted advisor.

  • Active telephone support of Small Business customers with a focus on customer acquisition
  • Responsibility for achieving short- and long-term goals, especially sales and growth targets as well as monthly/quarterly KPIs
  • Tracking sales leads to identify the IT potential of customers
  • Continuous investment in personal development through technical and soft skills training
  • Independently informing about marketing and merchandising activities for optimal positioning of our portfolio

Qualification:

  • Excellent German language skills in both spoken and written form, as well as good English language skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
  • Competence, knowledge, and experience in structured communication/transfer of information
  • Enthusiasm and passion for sales and IT

Compensation:

Junior: Salary from 1,770 EUR gross/month, split 70/30 (30% variable share)

Senior: Salary from 2,200 EUR gross/month, split 70/30 (30% variable share)

Additional bonuses: Spiffs – performance-related bonuses of up to 2,000 EUR per quarter
