What you'll achieve Our investment is for longer-term to develop you as the HR practitioners of the future. As such, our Global HR Rotational Program aims to give talented HR professionals the opportunity to experience 3 different types of HR roles over a period of 2 years to prepare you with the experience and expertise needed to succeed in your role. Each 8 months you will Rotate to a new assignment that will be individually structured to leverage your academic experience to enhance your HR knowledge and create a personalized development plan best suited for you. Some of the different areas you could move to include: Talent & Culture Compensation & Benefits Talent Acquisition Mergers & Acquisition HR Services Organization HR Business Partner

Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or relevant equivalent (graduates from 2025 or later) 1-2 years work experience in HR (or relevant) is preferred Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong drive for results Effective team player and cross-functional contributor Desirable Requirements Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment Self-directed and motivated; Passion for analytics
