What You'll Achieve
As an International Product Support Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for high-level support of Dell-released products through their end-of-service life (EOSL). You will work with regional Technical Support teams, Engineering teams, and technology partners to analyze and resolve potential product defects. You'll also engage directly with external customers to present findings and drive improvements in product quality and usability.
