Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering undergraduate degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that will make you a great collaborator in a global team environment

Desirable Requirements:

• Demonstrated capabilities in: leadership, driving for results the right way, problem solving and analytics, end-to-end thinking, clear and effective communication
• Flexibility/adaptability to a changing environment
• Managing multiple priorities at once

Compensation:

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $18.63 – $36.57 depending on location.
