Supply Operations Analyst

Join us as a Supply Operation Analyst and become a key member of Glovo's local Ops team! You'll play a crucial role in leveraging data to optimize our partner ecosystem, driving efficiency and improving overall performance. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points within supply operations, focusing on metrics like order delivery time, courier dispatch time, partner preparation time, partner acceptance time, and customer ratings.

Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements for our couriers and partners.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics related to supply operational performance.

Identify and communicate important insights to relevant stakeholders, influencing changes that enhance supply and partner efficiency and satisfaction.

Utilize data to support the establishment of excellent relationships with Glovo's partners and couriers, demonstrating data-backed value and building engagement.

Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved in operations success to ensure a data-driven approach.

You're passionate about diving deep into data, identifying root causes, and extracting meaningful insights.

You're comfortable working with KPIs and OKRs, and you have a proven track record of using data to drive decisions.

Intermediate level skills in Google Spreadsheets/Excel are a must.

Hands-on experience with SQL and the ability to apply it in practical scenarios.

Experience with Looker or similar platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.

You can clearly articulate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You are independent and take initiative in identifying and pursuing analytical opportunities.

Professional Armenian and English proficiency.
