Job Description

Lead the execution of cross-functional projects to optimize the operational performance of restaurants and markets on the platform, collaborating with local teams.

In-depth knowledge of metrics associated with our partners, such as preparation times, cancellation rates, refunds, and fraud.

Use of tools that allow the estimation of preparation times associated with customer orders.

Periodic follow-up on operational indicators, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.

Execute performance reports on operational areas and growth.

Develop the creation of dashboards to deliver weekly, monthly, and semi-annual results.

Interact with different business areas: BI, Operations, Logistics, commercial team, collections, and regional team.

Generate local projects aimed at seeking operational excellence.

Requirements

Graduates in careers such as Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.

2-3 years of experience in operations, consulting, and/or project management roles (desirable).

Advanced SQL level (required).

Analytics tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, Tableau) (required).

Desirable Python skills.

Desirable experience in the tech sector.

High analytical capacity and teamwork.

Proactivity and autonomy.

Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments.

Availability to work on-site in Chile twice a week, in #ModoMix in our offices located in Santiago.
