We have an opportunity for you. We are looking for a Software Engineer Manager for Wallet within our Fintech team.

• Lead the strategy and execution of the delivery experience roadmap, ensuring high-quality and impactful solutions.
• Promote the quality of the development cycle and deployment processes for continuous value delivery.
• Manage and optimize monitoring and post-production support strategies to ensure platform stability.
• Work collaboratively with Product, UX, and Data teams to drive the development of optimal technical solutions.
• Guide and support the team's professional development, fostering technical alignment and removing impediments.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience managing software development teams using agile methodologies.
• Development experience, managing some of the following technologies: Java, Kotlin, Golang, React, Android, or iOS.
• Strong knowledge of distributed architectures, system integration, general solution design, databases, and scalability.
