Lead the regional performance cycle, defining strategies and OKRs to ensure that the operation scales with consistent standards across all countries.
Design and operate the "Control Tower" of the shopper model, implementing control boards and alerts to coordinate quick resolutions with local and regional teams.
Ensure data governance, ensuring that metrics are accurate, automating processes, and developing new BI analysis models.
Drive regional scalability by creating playbooks and leading end-to-end process rollouts, coordinating risks and priorities.
Act as a strategic advisor, presenting key insights and recommendations to regional leaders (MDs, Heads) to ensure execution and accountability.
Experience: 2–3 years combining data analysis and operational execution; multi-site/multi-country coordination and rollouts; end-to-end operational process automation.
Technical knowledge: Advanced SQL; BI (Looker/Tableau/Data Studio/Looker Studio); Python for analysis and modeling (notebooks, visualization, basic statistics).
Languages: Advanced English.
