The role involves directing the regional strategy and governance of 13 countries, ensuring scalability and compliance with safety and quality standards. It also includes promoting a culture of safety and quality through communication and training programs, managing regional results using data-driven approaches, overseeing supply chain excellence and safe operation design, serving as a liaison with the Legal Department for regulatory compliance, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance security, customer experience, and profitability.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in operational leadership, quality management, or safety in retail, mass consumption, or last-mile logistics environments. Expertise in process design and continuous improvement with methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, or Kaizen is required. Previous experience managing multiple markets or regions, preferably in Latin America, is preferred. Advanced written and spoken English is a must.
