The Global Sales & Product Operations team at Delivery Hero drives the success of multiple Sales KPIs through Products. These include new restaurant acquisition, new restaurant onboarding, existing restaurant retention and account management for existing restaurants. Our focus is to drive success of business KPIs mainly through Product interventions. That's what gives us scale to work with millions of restaurants globally. We are looking for a Principal, Global Sales & Product Operations. This is an Individual Contributor role (at start) reporting to Senior Director of Global Sales & Product Operations.
Your mission:
1. Sales Product and Commercial Strategy: You will work with the Product Managers, and bring your strong business plus data mindset to help build the right products / prioritize right features. Some examples include improving recommendation for Next Best Action for Account Managers, improving the conversion of Self Signup funnel to increase restaurant acquisitions, working with cross functional teams to improve Sales and Account Management incentives, building & executing the Go To Market strategy for new product launches, and many more!
2. Sales Product Operations: This role is not just about strategy, but also about heavy execution. You will get to implement the strategy you define, with the help of multiple cross-functional stakeholders - Product team, Regional & Country teams as well as other Central teams focusing on different aspects of restaurant journey with Delivery Hero (e.g. business growth of existing restaurants, AdTech, International markets, and many more)
3. High impact projects: This role will enable the Global Sales and Product Operations team to pick and drive the most ambiguous topics, where traditional thinking does not work. This would mean the role will have enough flexibility and independence to pick and drive high impact topics in a timebound project style, deliver results, then move on to the next high impact project.
