Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Tracking operational, financial, and customer satisfaction KPIs for markets in Chile, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, and Nicaragua, based on defined targets/budgets.
• Providing operational support through the analysis of periodic reports and information for decision-making.
• Contributing to operational improvement by identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing action based on the activation of ongoing projects.
• Generating and consolidating information for the preparation of performance presentations.
• Optimizing and following up on the payment process to suppliers from an operational perspective, providing support to local teams and acting as a contact point with the 3WM/accounting team.
• Finalizing rollout pesables LATAM.

Requirements

Qualifications include:

• Professionals in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• At least two years of experience in operations management.
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders from other teams.
