Responsibilities and Challenges:

• Analyze performance data of new and existing partners, generating insights that allow designing and implementing sustainable growth strategies.
• Design and implement programs and initiatives to improve partner experience and enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team in conducting business reviews and in-person visits, providing analysis and value propositions to strengthen the partnership.
• Identify trends and opportunities for optimization in products, services, and processes, proposing data-driven improvements.
• Provide strategic support in partner management, addressing complex queries, complaints, and business development opportunities.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Intermediate knowledge in SQL and spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Intermediate proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to transform data into actionable strategies and communicate them clearly to different audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments.
