Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Operations Management in the daily follow-up of the Operation.
• Collaborate with Store Managers in the coordination of shifts and correct assignment of resources in the stores, according to demand.
• Coordinate different improvement projects in stores, related to reforms, layout changes, implementation of new business verticals. Help to cover the needs of the operation in terms of infrastructure, systems, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Ensure the correct implementation of new processes in each of the stores and control their continuity over time.
• Contribute to the correct implementation in store of the commercial dynamics (Promotions, Samplings, other actions).
• Monitor the correct application of inventory management procedures acting as a liaison between Store Managers and the Inventory Control area.
• Conduct surveys in stores and submit reports to management.

Requirements

• Graduates and/or advanced students in Engineering, Economics and/or related fields.
• Experience in similar positions leading work teams.
• Knowledge of Office package tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Looker and Tableau.
• Commitment, initiative, teamwork, good communication and organization.
• Creativity and curiosity.
• Action orientation and high problem-solving capacity.
