What challenges await you?

• Collaborate in the update of operational reports and performance analysis.
• Contribute to the improvement of operational processes to optimize times and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage the orders entered in the application, verifying product availability and estimated preparation times.
• Support the optimization of internal processes to improve efficiency in the management of orders and deliveries.
• Provide support in the planning and execution of inventories, ensuring the correct availability of products.
• Attend to queries and requests from Store Managers.
• Participate in the elaboration of operational reports, evaluating key metrics such as delivery times and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other areas of the business to ensure the efficient integration of processes.
• Development, standardization, and execution of operational processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Students of the careers of: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Interpersonal skills, communication, and organization.
• We are looking for proactive, analytical, problem-solving, responsible people with a desire to learn.
• Knowledge of Excel/Office and Google tools (sheets, presentations) is valued.
