Develop and implement the operations and logistics strategy for Chile, optimizing the interaction with the entire value chain (riders, suppliers, etc.).
Ensure the fulfillment of productivity objectives and cost optimization in the area.
Lead and empower a high-performance team, fostering their professional development.
Negotiate with internal and external strategic partners to secure beneficial agreements.
Actively collaborate in the development of products in our App, implementing continuous improvements and adapting them to the local market.
Solid experience in similar roles in logistics in the digital industry, ecommerce, and related fields.
Professional training in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, and/or related fields.
Great analytical capacity, data driven, result-oriented, and excellent skills in optimizing processes in complex and dynamic environments.
Outstanding ability to creatively solve problems and negotiation skills.
Advanced mastery of Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
Fluent English.
