Our Marketing team is looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to manage day-to-day tasks and ensure marketing initiatives run efficiently.

What you'll do:

• Track, manage, and process marketing expenses and invoices, acting as the main point of contact with the Marketing and Finance teams.
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth daily operation of the Marketing department.
• Plan and execute marketing events and activations to engage specific audiences.
• Handle restaurant branding tasks that enhance efood's visibility within our partners' shops.
• Coordinate with external vendors: request and compare offers, prepare briefs, and manage next steps.
• Act as a liaison across all efood teams to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
• Proven experience in admin support, budget tracking, and invoice handling is essential.
• Solid understanding of marketing projects and how different functions contribute to them.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with different teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and team spirit.
