We are looking for you as a Key Account Executive (w/m/d) Logistics | 3rd Party Providers

• As part of our logistics team, you are responsible for the daily operational support of our 3rd Party Providers and are the first point of contact for our 3PL partners in operational challenges.
• You monitor and analyze the Service Level Agreements (SLA) as well as the compliance with the contractually agreed conditions and ensure that our quality standards are always met.
• Together with our partners, you identify improvement potentials and implement optimization measures that make our processes more efficient and reliable.
• You support the Key Account Manager in strategic projects and initiatives and bring your experience into the development of our partnerships.
• Regular reporting and evaluations are also part of your responsibilities as well as close cooperation with internal stakeholders and the logistics management.
• You ensure efficient, service-oriented cooperation along the entire supply chain and contribute actively to ensuring that our logistics works smoothly.

Passion for ensuring smooth and efficient operational logistics through your engagement.

At least 2 years of professional experience in logistics, transport, or in a comparable function.

Analytical and attentive working style, with which you easily build constructive and trusting relationships with important stakeholders and decision-makers.

Solution-oriented attitude and the ability to keep track of goals and priorities in the day-to-day operational business.

Sophistication in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and the willingness to proactively take advantage of new opportunities when they are promising.
