We are seeking a skilled and motivated VoIP Engineer to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asterisk-based VoIP systems, with hands-on experience in Linux environments and a good understanding of supporting services such as Apache, MySQL, and Docker. This role is ideal for an engineer with 2-4 years of experience looking to grow in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Asterisk-based VoIP solutions, including Elastix and Issabel.
• Monitor and maintain Linux servers (preferably Red Hat, Rocky Linux, and CentOS) in production environments.
• Ensure high availability and performance of supporting services like Apache, MySQL, and Docker containers.
• Good understanding of monitoring systems (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, Zabbix, etc.) and best practices for system observability.
• Participate in deployment and management of services using Terraform and AWS (if applicable).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate VoIP systems with CRM platforms when needed.
• Document configurations, procedures, and best practices to support operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with Linux systems, preferably Red Hat, Rocky Linux, or CentOS.
• In-depth knowledge of Apache, MySQL, and Docker in production environments.
• Practical experience configuring and troubleshooting Asterisk, Elastix, and Issabel systems.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex VoIP-related issues.
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of AWS Cloud services and Terraform.
• Exposure to or experience with CRM system integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Familiarity with SIP protocols, NAT traversal, and network troubleshooting tools.
