Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the journey of our users, identifying areas of opportunity in the experience and challenging the status quo, with the goal of improving our processes and ensuring the quality of service.
  • Lead improvement projects autonomously, agile and scalable, interacting with local and global teams, ensuring the correct synergy between teams with a data-driven and iterative approach.
  • Work in teams with peers and leaders from the entire organization, both regional and global (Delivery Hero).
  • Guide the team in the quality of analyses and deliverables, co-creating quality data and reports for communication with stakeholders.
  • Design and carry out initiatives with impact on our main indicators.

Requirements

  • SQL management (must-have).
  • Advanced level of English (must-have).
  • It is a plus if you have experience with reporting tools like Datastudio or Tableau.
