Job Description

• Act as a strategic bridge between operational execution and commercial planning for the Verticals (Quick Commerce, Last Mile & Dark Stores).
• Analyze operational metrics to detect deviations and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate in the implementation of actions to optimize partner performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on initiatives and operational changes.
• Perform daily monitoring of the performance of the verticals.
• Detect operational frictions and report them, proposing simple process improvements.
• Accompany the compliance with operational standards and user experience.
• Follow up on business priorities, ensuring their correct execution.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Logistics Engineering, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in analysis, account management, commercial or similar positions.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Intermediate use of visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio or Power BI (Desirable)
• Proactive, analytical person with a focus on objectives and the client.
