Job Description
We have a new opportunity for you! We are looking for an Account Executive Manager to join the team in Nicaragua!
- Ensure the monthly target of the Account Executives under your charge is met.
- Ensure strategies for the growth of the accounts under management with a comprehensive approach: Operational and Profitable
- Oversee the pillars of growth and other levers for business growth.
- Identify the opportunities that each member of your team has to reach their goal in the most efficient way possible.
- Generate strategies for quality activations based on data analysis.
- Work hand in hand with the Finance Department to ensure a healthy portfolio behavior with our clients.
- Perform the region's budget.
- Coordinate campaigns with the Marketing area to increase users.
- Support major negotiations in the corresponding region.
- Provide guidelines for portfolio improvements with AEs.
- Create and execute strategies for growth in the regions in charge.
- Coordinate with different areas of the company, specific projects for the regions in charge.
- Contribute market feedback to the marketing department for targeted strategies in the regions in charge.
- Develop and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
- Professionals in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
- Previous experience in commercial management or project management is desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading commercial teams.
- Knowledge of Excel and Google Suite.
