Job Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance a portfolio of partners/restaurants, ensuring their retention and sustained growth on the platform.
• Negotiate and implement advertising campaigns and promotions to increase the visibility and sales of the partner.
• Execute reactivation plans for inactive accounts, diagnosing causes and recovering business volume.
• Provide comprehensive advice to the partner on optimizing their operations (prices, catalog, schedules, and logistics).
• Analyze key performance metrics to make informed decisions and enhance portfolio results.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar positions.
• Interpersonal skills to build trustful relationships with various stakeholders.
• Result-oriented focus with the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and transform it into valuable business recommendations.
• Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, Excel/Google Sheets) and agility to learn new technologies.
