Job Description

Understand the behavior of our partners to be able to provide support based on their needs and help them develop within the category.

Gather information and requirements that our partners may have from different methods: calls, field work, online advice, etc.

Follow performance and analyze the results of the local stores to find opportunities to improve their commercial indicators.

Manage and update product catalogs, available offers, changes in hours, profiles, and commercial advice to maintain the good service and user experience of the app.

Loyalty; generate contact and optimize the commercial relationship by making the category profitable.

Training partners to use the app tools and other portals.

Constant follow-up of operational/commercial indicators to ensure the quality and continuity of the local on the platform.

Develop commercial strategy based on the exponential growth of the category and constant improvement in the user experience.

Manage the budget assigned for co-financed campaigns.

Requirements

Professionals from careers such as Commercial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.

One year of work experience in similar roles.

Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills.
