Account Executive

Job Description
In this role, you will be the main driver for the growth and retention of our most important clients. Your focus will not only be on selling but also on becoming a strategic partner for them.
- High-Level Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key executives and decision-makers. Your goal is to ensure they achieve a high level of satisfaction with our services.
- Demand Generation and Sales: You will identify and develop new business opportunities, raising the profile of our products to the client until the sale is closed.
- Strategic Account Growth: You will work to meet revenue targets, maximizing the investment of each account under my care through constant advisory.
- Strategic Liaison: You will lead regular meetings with the top management of your clients to understand their deep needs and align them with our solutions and strategies.
- Comprehensive Management: You will perform as an expert in relationship management, acting as a generalist capable of handling various commercial disciplines to benefit the client.
Requirements
- Graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic account management, with proven success in maintaining long-term commercial relationships.
- Advanced and fluent use of the entire Google operating system (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Forms) as the basis for daily management and collaboration.
- Strategic ability to develop and manage partner relationships, maximizing mutual value and synergy between organizations.
- Strong knowledge in growth and marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities and increase the organization's profile with clients.
- Experience and understanding in managing Salesforce, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and expertise in pivot tables for performance metrics analysis.
- Highly valued to have a network of contacts or a client portfolio relevant to the sector.
- Availability to travel for business within the country as required.
