The selected incumbent will support compliance with the State's Spousal Coordination of Benefits (SCOB) Policy, the State's Dependent Coordination of Benefits (DCOB) Policy, the Pensioner Coordination of Benefits (PCOB), and the State of Delaware Group Health Insurance Plan (GHIP) Eligibility & Enrollment Rules while providing the highest quality customer service and commitment to ensure the consistent application of the various programs. Responsibilities include conducting regular review of reporting, determining program compliance in accordance with policy and procedures, providing appropriate feedback and outreach, serving as the primary contact for related customer service inquiries and provide general support as needed for the operation of the Statewide Benefits Office.
