Summary: The incumbent is the Part C Coordinator for the Birth to Three Early Intervention System. The position directs, organizes, and coordinates activities related to Delaware's oversight and implementation of the IDEA Part C requirements. The position primarily oversees program and policy development, grant implementation, to ensure compliance with IDEA Part C throughout the state related to the early intervention system in Delaware. The system provides resource and policy information concerning services for children ages birth to three years old with developmental disabilities or delays.
