Summary: As a Social Service Specialist III, your position will be focused on ensuring uninterrupted service delivery as well as assisting in all emergency situations that may arise. Primary responsibilities will include reviewing EAS cases completed by lower-level Social Service Specialists, delivering the final determination of clients' eligibility, and following the average time frames and documentation standards as set by the Family Support Operational Plan and Structure and Note Assessment and Plan (NAP) Standards. You'll also have direct interactions with clients by performing central intakes and assessing eligibility for the division's services/programs.
